All counties Nannies was started in 1997 by Lynda Sattelle who has many years experience in the field of childcare, having worked as a Nursery Manager, a Professional Nanny and in a Neo-Natal unit at a leading UK teaching hospital. She specializes in Nannies and Mother's Helps,as well as babysitting, and covers Oxford, Cambridge and all the Home Counties. Bringing up three children of her own helps Lynda to understand how important it is for parents to know that when they go to work they have peace of mind knowing that their children are in safe hands and are being well cared for.
Safe
All Nannies are interviewed and have three references including one from their present employer. References are checked verbally in addition to the written form. We recommend that all our nannies have a current CRB certificate, first aid and food hygeine certificates.
Personal
We have a standard client Registration Form, but find it is important to spend time getting to know the needs and expectations of the Client in order to make the right "Client-Nanny match". If time is taken and the right match is made, the relationship is one that can last for years. Once a placement has been made, Nannies and Clients alike can be assured that if they need any further help or advice we are only a phone call away!
